If a Care Provider does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, follow these steps:
Check Your Inbox
- Navigate to the Inbox section to confirm that your message was sent successfully.
Allow Time for a Response
- Wait at least 24 hours to give the provider time to reply.
Send a Follow-Up Message
- If no response is received, consider sending a polite follow-up message to check their availability.
Attempt to Book a Video Call (if applicable)
- If the provider allows video calls, you can try scheduling one to discuss the job.
Search for Another Provider
- If the provider remains unresponsive, you may need to look for another Care Provider who matches your needs.
