What if my Provider doesn’t show up
If a Care Provider misses an appointment, follow these steps:
Attempt to Contact the Provider
- We recommend calling or messaging the provider directly to check what happened.
Submit a Dispute
- If the provider does not show up, you will need to raise a dispute in the Carelancer app.
- To do this:
- Go to the My Appointments section.
- Click View on the missed appointment.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Raise Dispute".
- Provide detailed information about the issue for our Customer Support team.
Carelancer Support Review
- Our Customer Support team will review the situation and determine the next steps.
- If the provider is found at fault, a refund may be issued based on the dispute resolution process.
Rebooking the Appointment
- If you still require the service, you will need to:
- Create a new job post or
- Send a new proposal to another Care Provider.
