How do I book a care provider through the platform?

There are two ways to book a Care Provider on Carelancer:

1. Booking a Specific Care Provider

If you have a specific Care Provider in mind, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Carelancer account and go to the Find Providers section.
  2. Use filters (profession, distance, etc.) to find a provider.
  3. Click on the Care Provider’s profile to view their details.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of their profile and click “Book Now”.
  5. Enter the service details (e.g., type of care, date, time, duration).
  6. Submit your booking request—The provider will review and confirm availability.

2. Posting a Job & Selecting a Care Provider

If you don’t have a specific provider in mind, you can post a job and review applicants:

  1. Post a job with details about the care service you need.
  2. Care Providers can apply for the job listing.
  3. View the profiles of applicants and decide who you want to hire.
  4. Once selected, you can proceed with booking the provider for the job.
