What should I do if I don’t receive a response from Carelancer support?

Carelancer aims to respond to all support tickets within 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

Steps to Follow if You Haven’t Received a Response:

  1. Check your email inbox – Look for a reply from support@carelancer.com (also check your spam/junk folder).
  2. Review your submitted ticket – Go to the Help Requests section in the app to check your ticket status.
  3. Follow up on your ticket – If it has been more than 5 business days, reply to your ticket confirmation email to request an update.
  4. Submit a new ticket – If you still don’t get a response, you can submit a new ticket with additional details.
