What happens if a provider rejects my booking proposal?

What happens if a provider rejects my booking proposal?

If a Care Provider rejects your booking proposal:

  • You will receive a notification informing you of the rejection.
  • You can modify your proposal (e.g., adjust the date, time, or service details) and resend it.
  • Alternatively, you can search for another Care Provider and submit a new proposal.
  • The rejection will not affect your ability to send future proposals to other providers.
