Sending a Job Proposal

There are two ways to send a job proposal on Carelancer:

  1. Direct Proposal – You can send a proposal to a specific Care Provider you want to work with.
  2. Proposal in Response to an Application – If a Care Provider applies to your job posting, you can send a proposal directly to their application.

How to Send a Job Proposal

  • When sending a proposal, the system will automatically populate details based on:
    • The job ad you posted.
    • Your profile information.
    • The Care Provider’s profile.
  • Review the proposal and update necessary fields, including:
    • Who the care is for.
    • The rate you will pay.

Proposal Acceptance & Follow-up

  • Once submitted, the Care Provider can either accept or decline the proposal.
  • If you do not receive a response, consider sending a follow-up message to clarify any questions regarding the proposal.
