The Carelancer platform allows you to easily schedule and manage appointments with care seekers. To ensure a smooth booking process, it is important to communicate your availability clearly and keep your schedule updated.

How to Book an Appointment:

  1. Log in to your Carelancer account.
  2. Navigate to the "Find Jobs" section to browse available job postings.
  3. Apply for a job or respond to a proposal from a care seeker.
  4. Once an agreement is reached, the appointment will be scheduled automatically in your Appointment Dashboard.
  5. Ensure that your availability is accurate to prevent conflicts.

Best Practices for a Smooth Booking Process:

Clearly communicate your availability with care seekers before confirming a booking.
Regularly update your availability in your profile to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Confirm all booking details in the Appointment Dashboard to stay organized.
Use the platform’s messaging tool to discuss expectations, job details, and any special requirements with the care seeker.
