Dealing with Delayed or Missing Payouts

If your payout is delayed or missing, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Verify Your Payout Status

  • Log in to your Carelancer account.
  • Navigate to the "Billing & Payouts" section.
  • Check if the payout is processed, pending, or failed.

2. Confirm Your Bank Details

  • Ensure your bank account details are entered correctly in your payout settings.
  • If details are incorrect, update them and wait for the next payout cycle.

3. Review Processing Time

  • Payouts are issued every Thursday for services completed the previous week (up to and including Tuesday).
  • Once processed, payouts typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
  • If a claim or dispute is attached to a service, the payout may be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.

4. Contact Carelancer Support

If your payout is still missing or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, reach out to Carelancer Support at support@carelancer.com with the following details:

  • Expected payout date
  • Payout amount
  • Bank details for verification

Carelancer Support will investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.
