If you experience a payout issue, such as a discrepancy in the amount or a delay in receiving funds, follow these steps to resolve the matter quickly.

Steps to Resolve a Payout Issue:

  1. Verify Your Payout Details

    • Check the "Billing and Payouts" section in your Carelancer account.
    • Confirm that your payout method is correctly set up via Stripe.
    • Ensure your bank account details are accurate (transit number, institution number, account number).
  2. Check the Payout Status

    • Payouts are processed weekly every Thursday for services completed up to the previous Tuesday.
    • If a payout is under dispute, the amount will be held until the dispute is resolved.
  3. Contact Carelancer Support

    • If the issue persists, reach out to Carelancer Support with the following details:
      Date of the service
      Expected payout amount
      Any error messages received
      Confirmation that your Stripe details are correct
  4. Resolution Timeline

    • Carelancer’s support team will investigate the issue and provide an update on the resolution.
    • Some payout issues may require additional verification from Stripe or your bank.
