Deduction of Penalties from Payouts

Deduction of Penalties from Payouts

Penalties for late cancellations, no-shows, or other policy violations are automatically deducted from your payout to ensure fairness and reliability on the platform.

How Penalty Deductions Work:

  • If a penalty applies, the amount will be automatically deducted from your next scheduled payout.
  • If your payout is insufficient to cover the penalty, the remaining balance will be deducted from future payouts until the full amount is recovered.
  • You will receive an updated payout summary reflecting any deductions.

How to Check Your Deductions:

  1. Log in to your Carelancer account.
  2. Go to the "Billing & Payouts" section.
  3. Review your payout summary to see any applied penalty deductions.

Avoiding Penalties:

  • Communicate promptly with Care Seekers if rescheduling or cancelling.
  • Follow Carelancer’s cancellation and no-show policies to avoid unnecessary deductions.
