As part of this commitment, all health professionals are required to complete a background check through our official verification partner, ISB Global Services, before their profiles can be verified and activated.

This verification process ensures all CareProviders meet our standards for professionalism, safety, and compliance, helping to build confidence and trust among users of the platform.

How to Complete Your Background Check

All background checks must be completed through ISB Global Services. You will not be able to upload a previous or external background check.

After you complete your Carelancer profile:

  1. You will receive an email from ISB Global Services with your login credentials and a link to access the ISB portal.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to complete your identity verification and upload any required documentation.
