- About Me – A short professional introduction about yourself.
- Years of Experience – Indicate your total experience in caregiving.
- Profile Photo (required) – A clear, professional image of yourself.
- Type of Care Provider – Choose Nurse or PSW based on your profession.
- Registration Number:
- Nurses – Provide your Nursing License Number.
- PSWs – Provide your Association Registration Number (if associated with an organization like CANSWA).
- Appointment Preferences – Choose to offer one-time services, recurring services, or both.
- Hourly Rate – Set your rate per hour for services.
- Fixed Service Prices – If you offer fixed-rate services, specify the price per service.
