Setting Up Your Payout Account
To receive payouts from Carelancer, you need to link your bank account through Stripe, our secure payment partner.
How to Set Up Your Payout Account:
- Log in to your Carelancer account.
- Navigate to the "Billing & Payouts" section.
- Click on "Payout Account" to begin the setup process.
- Select "Add a Payout Method" – You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment portal.
- Enter your banking details, including:
- Full Name (as it appears on your bank account).
- Transit Number
- Institution Number
- Bank Account Number (ensure accuracy to avoid payment issues).
- Agree to Stripe’s terms and submit your details.
- Complete identity verification by following Stripe’s verification steps.
Important Notes:
- Stripe requires ID verification before processing payouts.
- Verification can take up to 24 hours.
- Ensure your bank details are accurate to avoid delays in receiving payments.
- If you need to update your payout method later, follow the steps in "Updating Payout Account Details."
