How long does verification usually take?

  • Background check: Typically completed within 3 business days after you have uploaded all required documentation (excluding Canadian holidays).

  • Education verification (if applicable): Generally completed within 1 business day, provided no additional investigation is needed.

Once your background check has been successfully processed and approved, you will receive a notification, and your account status will be updated to reflect verification completion.

If any delays occur or additional information is required, the Carelancer Support team will notify you with further instructions.
