How the Carelancer Verification Process Works

To access job opportunities on Carelancer, all providers must complete our verification process. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Start by filling out your profile in the Carelancer app. Make sure all required information is accurate and up to date. This is the first step to move forward in the verification process.

Step 2: Profile Review & Approval

Once your profile is complete, our team will review it to ensure everything is in order. After approval, we’ll send your information to our verification partner, ISB Global Services.

Step 3: Background Check & Credentials Verification

ISB will conduct a background check and verify your credentials. This may include:

  • Professional memberships

  • Education

  • Licenses or certifications (depending on your profession)

Step 4: Final Approval on Carelancer

Once you successfully pass ISB’s verification, your account will be fully approved. You’ll then be able to access job opportunities on the Carelancer platform.
