How do I post a job for a care provider?

Posting a job on Carelancer allows you to find and connect with qualified Nurses or PSWs (Personal Support Workers). Follow these steps to create a job posting:

1. Navigate to the Jobs Section

  • Click on "Jobs" from the left-hand menu.

2. Create a New Job Listing

  • Select "Post a New Job" to begin.

3. Enter Job Details

  • Provide a job title and a detailed description of the care services needed.
  • Select who the appointment is for (e.g., a family member or yourself).

4. Choose the Provider Type

  • Select the type of Care Provider:
    • Nurse
    • PSW (Personal Support Worker)

5. Specify Job Requirements

  • Outline specific tasks, frequency of services, and any necessary qualifications.
  • Enter the hourly rate or fixed budget for the job.

6. Save, Edit, or Post the Job

  • Save as a draft if you need to make further edits.
  • Click "Save and Review" to finalize and post the job.

7. Job Goes Live

  • Once posted, the job will be visible to Care Providers, who can apply.
  • You can then review applications and select the most suitable provider for your needs.
