How can I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule an upcoming appointment on Carelancer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Appointments" section in your account.
  2. Locate the appointment you want to reschedule and click "View."
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the appointment details page.
  4. Click the "Reschedule" button (yellow button).
  5. Select a new date and time for your appointment.
  6. Click "Send" to submit the rescheduling request.

What happens next?

  • The Care Provider will receive a notification of your reschedule request.
  • If the provider accepts, the appointment will be officially rescheduled, and you will receive a confirmation notification.
  • If the provider declines, the appointment will remain scheduled for the original date and time.

Important Notice:

  • It is recommended to provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any penalties.
  • If your appointment is waiting for payment pre-authorization, ensure that your payment method is valid to avoid any issues with rescheduling.
