Steps to Handle Scheduling Conflicts:
- Update Your Availability – Navigate to the "Availability" section in your profile and adjust your schedule to reflect your availability accurately.
- Notify the Care Seeker – If an existing appointment needs to be rescheduled, contact the care seeker immediately via the platform’s messaging feature.
- Propose a New Time – If possible, suggest an alternative date and time that works for both parties.
- Confirm Changes in the Appointment Dashboard – Ensure that any agreed-upon adjustments are reflected in your Appointment Dashboard to prevent further conflicts.
- Follow Cancellation Policies – If rescheduling is not possible, follow the platform’s cancellation policy to avoid penalties.
