What details can I see when I click “View” on an upcoming appointment?
When you click "View" on an upcoming appointment in Carelancer, you will be able to see the following details:
1. Appointment Information
- Appointment Title & ID – The name of the service (e.g., "Post-Surgery Care") and a unique appointment reference number.
- Service Type – Indicates whether the appointment is one-time or recurring.
- Appointment Date & Time – The exact date and time of the scheduled service.
- Duration – The total length of the appointment.
2. Client & Location Details
- Client Name – The name of the individual receiving care.
- Address – The location where the service will be provided (for home visits).
- Map & Directions – Option to "Get Directions" for easy navigation.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Price per Service – The agreed-upon rate for the scheduled service.
- Total Cost – Includes any applicable taxes and fees.
- Payment Policy – Payment pre-authorization and charge schedule:
- Pre-authorized 3 business days before the appointment.
- Charged 24 hours before the service starts.
4. Appointment Status & Actions
- Appointment Status – Current booking status (e.g., Scheduled, Pending, Canceled).
- Payment Status – Displays whether the payment has been processed or is pending pre-authorization.
- Cancel Appointment Button – Allows you to cancel the appointment if necessary.
- Reschedule Button – Allows you to change the date/time of the appointment (if applicable).
- Back Button – Returns you to the previous screen.
For completed appointments, you may also see:
- Care Provider Notes – Any feedback or details provided after the appointment.
- Raise Dispute Button – (Only for completed appointments) If there were any issues with the service, you can submit a dispute for further investigation.
