How can I cancel my appointment?
To cancel an appointment on Carelancer, follow these steps:
- Go to the "My Appointments" section in your account.
- Find the appointment you wish to cancel and click "View" to access the appointment details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel Appointment" button (red button).
- Confirm your cancellation request.
- Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation notification, and the Care Provider will be informed.
Important Notice:
- It is recommended to provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation penalties or fees.
- If your appointment is already pre-authorized for payment, cancellation policies may apply.
- Some Care Providers may have their own cancellation terms, so check your agreement before canceling.
