How can I cancel my appointment?

To cancel an appointment on Carelancer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Appointments" section in your account.
  2. Find the appointment you wish to cancel and click "View" to access the appointment details.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel Appointment" button (red button).
  4. Confirm your cancellation request.
  5. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation notification, and the Care Provider will be informed.

Important Notice:

  • It is recommended to provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation penalties or fees.
  • If your appointment is already pre-authorized for payment, cancellation policies may apply.
  • Some Care Providers may have their own cancellation terms, so check your agreement before canceling.
