Care Seekers may send a proposal change to update the date or time of a scheduled service.

Response Time Guidelines:

  • Same-Day or Next-Day Services – Respond within 2 hours to ensure timely scheduling.
  • Services Scheduled More Than 24 Hours in Advance – Respond within 24 hours to maintain clear communication.

Timely responses help ensure smooth scheduling and a professional experience for both Care Providers and Care Seekers.
