How do I update or change my payment details later?

To update or change your payment details on Carelancer, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the outdated payment method

    • Navigate to the "Billing & Payments" section in your account.
    • Select the old card and click "Remove" to delete it.
  2. Add a new payment method

    • Click "Add New Payment Method" to enter updated details.
    • You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment partner, to enter the following:
      • Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV
      • Cardholder's Name
      • Country & Post Code
  3. Save and confirm

    • Once all details are entered, click "Save" to update your payment method.
    • You will receive a confirmation notification once your new card has been added successfully.
