How do I update or change my payment details later?
To update or change your payment details on Carelancer, follow these steps:
Remove the outdated payment method
- Navigate to the "Billing & Payments" section in your account.
- Select the old card and click "Remove" to delete it.
Add a new payment method
- Click "Add New Payment Method" to enter updated details.
- You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment partner, to enter the following:
- Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV
- Cardholder's Name
- Country & Post Code
Save and confirm
- Once all details are entered, click "Save" to update your payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation notification once your new card has been added successfully.
