How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

Resetting Your Password from Your Account:

  1. Log in to your Carelancer account.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" section.
  3. Click on "Change Password."
  4. Enter your current password and then your new password.
  5. Ensure your new password meets the security requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters, numbers, etc.).
  6. Click "Save" to update your password successfully.

Resetting Your Password If You Canโ€™t Log In:

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email associated with your account.
  3. You will receive a password reset link via email.
  4. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
  5. Log in with your updated credentials.
