Making payments on Carelancer is simple and secure.

Adding a Payment Method

  • To complete your profile and book a Care Provider, you must add a credit card on file.
  • Navigate to Billing & Payments in your profile to securely upload your card details.
  • You will be redirected to our payment partner, Stripe, to enter your payment details. This ensures secure processing and compliance with industry standards for payment security.

Viewing and Exporting Payment History

  • You can easily access and manage your payment history in the Billing & Payments section.
  • Search transactions by date, provider, or service.
  • Export transaction details individually or in bulk for your records.
