Handling Repeated Cancellations

Handling Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations can impact your standing on the Carelancer platform and affect your ability to secure future job opportunities.

Cancellation Policy & Review Process:

✔ If you cancel three consecutive appointments, your account will be flagged for review by the Carelancer customer service team.
✔ Repeated cancellations may lead to penalties, lower visibility to care seekers, or temporary restrictions on booking new jobs.
✔ Carelancer reserves the right to take action based on the impact of cancellations on care seekers.

How to Avoid Repeated Cancellations:

  • Keep your availability updated – Ensure that your schedule reflects when you’re actually available.
  • Plan ahead – If you anticipate scheduling conflicts, communicate with the care seeker in advance.
  • Only accept jobs you can commit to – Avoid booking services you may not be able to fulfill.
  • Reschedule instead of canceling – If possible, offer an alternative time instead of canceling.

📌 Reliable service is key to maintaining a strong reputation on the platform. If you’re facing difficulties keeping appointments, contact Carelancer Support for guidance.
