Communicating with Service Providers
The Carelancer platform provides two ways to communicate with Care Providers:
- In-App Messaging – Send direct messages to discuss services, availability, and care needs.
- Video Conference – Schedule a video call to further assess if the provider is a good fit.
Important Note:
- Messaging and video communication should only be used to discuss care needs and service expectations.
- These features should not be used for medical diagnosis or advice.
