Communicating with Service Providers

The Carelancer platform provides two ways to communicate with Care Providers:

  1. In-App Messaging – Send direct messages to discuss services, availability, and care needs.
  2. Video Conference – Schedule a video call to further assess if the provider is a good fit.

Important Note:

  • Messaging and video communication should only be used to discuss care needs and service expectations.
  • These features should not be used for medical diagnosis or advice.
