Cancelling Agreements

If circumstances change or the agreed terms are no longer suitable, you can cancel the agreement directly through the Carelancer platform.

Important Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancelling an agreement within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in penalties.
  • More than 24 Hours’ Notice: No penalty applies if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

Steps to Cancel an Agreement:

  1. Navigate to the "Your Jobs" section.
  2. Select the agreement you wish to cancel.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Best Practices for Cancellations:

  • Communicate Promptly – Notify the Care Seeker as soon as possible to maintain transparency.
  • Discuss Alternatives – If possible, try to reschedule or find a solution before canceling.
  • Remain Professional – Open and respectful communication helps build trust and ensures a smooth experience.
